What We Do
We assess and manage sporting careers, always giving preference to the well-being of the sportsperson and of their family. Our qualified representatives act in the player's best interest — providing guidance, negotiation, opportunities, and protecting their rights at every stage.
With over 20 years of experience placing players in clubs across Europe, North America, South America, and Africa, our agents have the relationships and expertise to open doors that would otherwise remain closed.
What's Included
Full-service representation covering every dimension of a professional football career.
Contract Negotiation
Our agents negotiate directly with clubs on your behalf, securing the best possible terms for salary, bonuses, release clauses, image rights, and all contractual protections.
Transfer Management
We manage the full transfer process — from identifying the right club and opening negotiations to completing documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for player and family.
Player Protection
We safeguard your rights at every stage. Our legal team reviews every agreement and ensures no clause is overlooked — protecting you from unfair terms and unscrupulous actors.
Career Planning
Great careers are built on smart decisions. We work with players to map out long-term career trajectories — choosing the right clubs, leagues, and moments to maximise development and earnings.
Personal Wellbeing
Football is a person, not just a profession. We support players and their families through relocation, cultural adjustment, and the personal challenges that come with a life in professional sport.
Global Network
Our relationships span 20+ countries and 166 affiliated clubs. Wherever the right opportunity exists, we have the contacts to make it happen.

Initial Assessment
We evaluate your current level, career history, goals, and personal circumstances to understand exactly what kind of representation you need.

Using our global network, we identify clubs that match your profile, ambitions, and personal requirements — from top-flight European sides to emerging leagues worldwide.
Negotiation & Signing
Our agents negotiate directly with clubs, securing the best possible deal and managing all documentation through to a successful signing.
